A six-month, one-to-one journey of remembering

Illuminate

Illuminate is a deeply intentional container designed to support remembering over time.

Each journey unfolds in its own rhythm, moving through a natural process of slowing down, unravelling, integration, and gentle re-emergence.

This is a space to slow down enough to come back to yourself, to feel what has been muted, to gently regulate what has felt overwhelming, and to allow your inner knowing to land in the body, not just the mind.

Illuminate works with both body and mind, supporting what is held beneath the surface as well as what is consciously understood.

This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about meeting yourself as you are, and reconnecting with what has always been there.

What to Expect

  • 3 or 6-month one-to-one journey

Fortnightly private sessions, held online or in person.

Each session is guided by what is present for you, blending conversation, intuitive support, and embodied or energetic practices to support regulation, release, and integration.

For in-person sessions, this may include hands-on bodywork and Reiki.
For online sessions, this includes distance energy work and guided self-regulation practices.

Ongoing personal support between sessions, allowing space for integration, questions, and real-time support as things arise.

This work is intuitive, relational, and responsive to you.
There is no fixed structure or curriculum, each journey unfolds based on what is ready to be seen, felt, and integrated.

Who Illuminate Is For

This is for the woman who feels like there is more to her life, not more to do, but a sense that she’s lost connection with who she really is.

She may have spent years caring for others, meeting expectations, or shaping herself around roles. Somewhere along the way, she’s drifted away from what lights her up and who she is beneath it all.

She’s not looking for quick fixes or surface-level change. She wants something deeper, something that actually shifts how she feels within herself.

She’s ready to meet herself honestly, not just in her thoughts, but in her body.

She wants to feel more grounded, less reactive, and more steady in who she is. To understand what’s been coming up for her, and to move through it in a way that actually lasts.

Who This Isn’t For

Illuminate may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a step-by-step plan, quick fixes, or someone to tell you exactly what to do.

While you’ll be supported and guided throughout, this work isn’t about being given answers. It’s about learning how to understand yourself, respond to what’s coming up, and build a stronger relationship with yourself over time.

This work asks for honesty, openness, and a willingness to slow down and be with what’s there, rather than pushing past it or avoiding it.

What You’ll Receive
Fortnightly one-to-one sessions, held over three or six months, each session is unhurried and tailored to what you need on the day.

These sessions may include:

  • grounded conversation and reflection

  • practical self-regulation tools to support your body

  • intuitive energy healing (in-person or distance Reiki)

  • hands-on bodywork in in-person sessions

Between sessions, you’ll have access to one-to-one message support for reflection, clarity, and anchoring what’s unfolding in your day-to-day life.

You may also receive personalised resources following sessions, such as journaling prompts, embodiment practices, or grounding tools, offered in response to what’s coming up for you and to support your integration in a way that feels practical and manageable.

A steady, supportive space where insights can land in the body and become part of how you move through your life, not just something you understand in the moment.

Why I Created Illuminate

Illuminate was born from both lived experience and what I consistently witnessed in my one-to-one sessions over the years.

After years of my own personal healing and deep self-inquiry, I began noticing the same patterns appearing in the women who came to work with me. Capable, intelligent, caring women who were holding everything together on the outside, yet quietly felt disconnected from themselves underneath it all. Women with insight and awareness, but without the space or support to truly integrate what they were uncovering.

I recognised it because I had lived it.

For a long time, I was living from the outside in. It was easier to blame circumstances or other people. Easier to look for the next thing that might make me feel fulfilled a different role, a different relationship, a different version of myself. I kept reaching outward, hoping something external would bring the sense of peace or contentment I was searching for. But it never lasted.

Eventually I realised that what I was looking for wasn’t outside of me. It was within me. The problem wasn’t that I was missing something it was that I hadn’t yet learned how to be with myself long enough to find it.

Through that process, I learned that insight alone doesn’t create lasting change. You can understand your patterns intellectually, but unless the body feels safe enough to hold new awareness, nothing truly stabilises. Regulation came first. Embodiment followed. And only then did remembering become sustainable rather than fleeting.

I also learned that when you begin to feel what has been muted or pushed down for years, it can feel like a lot. We often want the light, the joy, the expansion but real healing also asks us to feel the grief, the guilt, the anger, the shame, and the unmet needs we’ve avoided. Those emotions need space. They need safety. They need steady support. This isn’t work that can be rushed or fixed in a single session.

Another significant part of my journey was learning to love all parts of myself. There were aspects of me I judged harshly. Behaviours I criticised. Versions of myself I felt embarrassed by. For a long time, my inner critic was louder than my compassion. But over time I came to understand that those parts of me weren’t flaws they were survival. They had helped me navigate seasons where I didn’t yet have the tools or awareness I have now. Healing wasn’t about eliminating those parts; it was about integrating them. It was about becoming aware of all of me and learning to hold her with honesty rather than rejection. When we reject parts of ourselves, we stay fragmented. When we meet them with awareness and compassion, we begin to feel whole again.

Through Reiki and lineage work, I also began to see that some of the patterns I carried weren’t even truly mine. Beliefs, expectations, and narratives had been absorbed over time, inherited, modelled, or quietly reinforced were shaping how I saw myself and what I believed I was allowed to want. Part of this work became untangling that. Asking what is actually mine. What do I believe. What do I want. Who am I beneath the armour and the inherited stories.

Illuminate exists because I saw how much this kind of work needs time and consistency. It needs rhythm. It needs a grounded support system while emotions surface and settle. It needs space to practise staying with yourself rather than escaping outward again.

That’s why it’s six months. That’s why it’s fortnightly. That’s why there is energetic support woven throughout and check-ins between sessions. Not intensity, but consistency. Not overwhelm, but regulation.

This container isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about meeting yourself fully and learning how to stay.

An Invitation

If something in you feels a quiet pull as you read this, even if there’s uncertainty alongside it, that’s enough.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need to feel completely ready.

If part of you feels nervous, if your body senses that this feels important but also a little unfamiliar, that’s okay. Often that’s where something real is beginning.

Meeting yourself can feel vulnerable. Allowing yourself to feel what’s been pushed down can take time. That’s why this work is held steadily, with space, rhythm, and support.

You won’t be rushed, and you won’t be navigating it on your own.

If Illuminate feels aligned, you’re welcome to enquire using the form below. There’s no pressure or expectation, just a conversation to explore whether this feels like the right fit for you.
