Illuminate is a held, intentional container designed to support deep self-remembering over time.
It runs from April to September, moving in rhythm with the seasons a descent inward, a period of integration, and a gentle re-emergence.

This is not a program to fix you, optimise you, or turn you into someone new.
It is a space to slow down enough to come back to yourself, to feel what has been muted, to integrate what has already been uncovered, and to allow your inner knowing to land in the body, not just the mind.

What To Expect

• A six-month, one-to-one journey

• Fortnightly private Zoom sessions (2–2.5 hours)

• Distance Reiki woven throughout the container

• Ongoing personal support between sessions

This work is intuitive, relational, and responsive shaped around you, not a fixed curriculum.

Who Illuminate Is For

Illuminate is for the woman who senses there is more to her life not more to do, but more to remember.

She may have spent years caring for others, meeting expectations, or shaping herself around roles. Somewhere along the way, she’s felt disconnected from what lights her up

and who she actually is beneath it all.

She doesn’t want surface-level solutions or performative growth.
She’s ready for something slower, deeper, and more honest with support alongside her.

Illuminate may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a step-by-step plan, quick fixes, or someone to tell you who to be.

This is not a prescriptive program.
It invites reflection, presence, and self-responsibility, unfolding through relationship and time.

Between sessions, you’ll have access to 1:1 Messenger support for reflection, clarity, and anchoring what’s unfolding.

You’ll receive personalised tools such as journaling prompts, values work, or grounding practices offered intuitively as they support your process. There is no pre-loaded coursework or busywork.

Why I Created Illuminate

Illuminate was born from lived experience.

After years of personal healing, inner work, and deep self-inquiry, I reached a point where I realised how many women quietly forget themselves while caring for everyone else. I had done the same shaping my life around roles, expectations, and who I thought I needed to be.

When I finally slowed down and asked “who am I beneath all of this?”, the remembering didn’t happen quickly or neatly. It happened gradually through honesty, support, integration, and time.

Illuminate brings together everything that supported that remembering: energetic work, reflection, embodiment, and being deeply met without judgement.

This container exists to offer that same kind of space not to lead you, fix you, or save you, but to walk alongside you as you come back to yourself.

$3,333 AUD for the six-month container
Flexible payment plans are available (weekly or monthly, by agreement).
