My Teaching Style
When you step into a Reiki training with me, you can expect a relaxed and welcoming space, where comfort and confidence are my priority. I know learning something new can feel a little intimidating which is why my approach is straightforward, hands-on, and easy to understand.
I teach the way I love to learn:
A blend of practice and grounded theory
Plenty of time for reflection and integration
Breaks to allow the teachings to settle
An open-book approach, no question is ever off limits, whether about Reiki itself or setting up your own practice
My intention is to make your Reiki journey feel clear, inspiring, and full of value, so that you leave feeling empowered and confident in what you’ve learned.
Reiki Level 1:
Reiki Level I is a foundational course. Over two days, we will delve into what Reiki is, the Usui lineage and history of Reiki, how to use Reiki, how to practice on yourself and others, the chakra system, how to hold space, and more.
Focus: Self-healing and basic healing for others.
Capabilities:
Channel Reiki energy through hands-on techniques.
Perform treatments on yourself and others.

Reiki Level 2:
Level II prerequisite: Must be attuned to the first degree for a minimum of 3 months
This 2 day training is where your relationship with Reiki deepens. You'll be introduced to three traditional Japanese symbols to support distance healing and emotional, mental, and physical balance. It’s a journey of learning to trust your intuition and live more consciously in alignment with Reiki.
Focus: A process of becoming more conscious with the energy. Distance healing and advanced techniques.
Capabilities: Practitioner level Send Reiki energy remotely.
Use symbols to enhance healing intentions.

Private Reiki Trainings
Would you love to learn Reiki in a more intimate way, with someone special by your side?
Alongside scheduled group trainings, I also offer private Reiki trainings. These are perfect if you’d like to journey with your partner, your best friend, or a small group of loved ones in a setting of your choice.

Reiki Level 3 (Master Level):
Prerequisite: Must be attuned to the second degree for at least 6 months.
Reiki Mastership is a journey one that unfolds in its own time and is unique to each individual. In this lineage, becoming a Reiki Master Practitioner does not take place in a group class. It is a personal threshold you cross through a single, dedicated attunement, held in a setting of your choosing, followed by a one-year integration and cleanse.
To prepare for your Master attunement, a minimum of one 1:1 mentoring session with me is required. Depending on your previous training, lineage, and current relationship with Reiki, up to three mentoring sessions may be recommended to ensure you are fully supported, grounded, and aligned at this level. Any additional preparation will always be discussed with you personally.
These mentoring sessions allow us to explore your relationship with Reiki, how you work with the energy and symbols, and to gently address any gaps between lineages or teachings, ensuring your Master attunement is clear, embodied, and integrated.
Investment:
1:1 Mentoring sessions — $111 each (minimum of one required; up to three may be recommended)
Reiki Master Practitioner attunement — $444

Reiki Master / Teacher Training Mentorship (optional specialisation):
In this lineage, the Reiki Master Teacher path is the only route that grants you the ability to attune others and lead Reiki classes. Rather than a traditional group course, this is a mentorship and internship, designed as a self-paced journey. As you progress, I will provide lessons for you to work through at your own rhythm. Along the way, you will develop your own teaching materials, design courses and programs for future Masters and Master Teachers, and dive deep into your personal growth. The timeline varies for each individual, some may complete the process within a year, while for others, it may take longer. Your journey will unfold in its own time, uniquely suited to you.
