I’ve never been great at surface-level small talk. I can do it, sure-but it doesn’t light me up. Give me real conversations, curiosity, a bit of humour, and space to be human, and I’m right at home. I’m a slow-morning kind of person. I love cosy spaces, small circles, and meaningful connection. I’ve always preferred depth over noise and a handful of close people over big crowds and honestly, that suits me just fine.

I live and work from my home studio on a farm, surrounded by space and nature. It took me a few years (and a bit of trial and error) to realise that this is where I work best. Once I stopped trying to fit into someone else’s idea of how things should look, everything softened and my work deepened. If you value warmth, comfort, and being able to exhale when you walk into a space, you’ll probably feel at home here.

Music is a big part of my life honestly, it always has been. I love to dance around the house, sing loudly, cook with the music on full blast, and let myself get completely lost in the moment. Music is how I regulate, create, and come back into my body it’s where the fun and the play live for me. When I’m making things, especially my small-batch creations, there’s almost always music playing. That’s where the magic happens, tunes on, hands busy, mind quiet. It’s how I drop into flow. My guides speak to me through music a lot too. Lyrics land at just the right moment, songs appear out of nowhere, and somehow say exactly what needs to be said. I’ve learned to listen.

Hi, I’m Jane!

Whether I’m working one-to-one or holding space in a group, my intention is the same for people to feel comfortable, seen, and genuinely held.

From the moment someone walks into my space, it’s their time. There’s no rush, no pressure to be anything other than where they’re at. I care deeply about creating an environment where people feel safe to soften, to speak, or to sit quietly if that’s what’s needed. Being heard and met with acceptance matters to me.

I hold people the way I like to be held myself, with warmth, presence, and respect. Whatever someone is bringing with them is welcome, and it’s okay to be exactly where they are. There’s no fixing or forcing, just space to land and be supported.

In both one-to-one sessions and small groups, I keep things intimate and grounded. Smaller spaces allow for deeper connection and ensure no one feels lost or overlooked. There’s room for each person to be seen, included, and supported in their own way.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Intuition, Energy & the Unseen

When I’m working with someone, I’m often aware of what’s happening beneath the surface, through the body, the energy in the space, and sometimes through what I feel in my own body as we work together. It’s not something I consciously do; it’s just how I naturally sense and respond to the world around me.

For a long time, I kept that part of myself fairly quiet. Not because it wasn’t there, but because talking about intuition, energy, or spirit guides can sound a bit out there if you’ve never explored that world or if the person listening isn’t open to it. And honestly, I get it. I laugh at myself sometimes too, because I know how it can sound.

These days, I own it fully. And once you own it, it stops being something anyone can poke fun at it just becomes part of who you are. That’s been really freeing, not just for me, but for the people around me as well. I love being someone others feel comfortable talking to about this side of life. I often have people reach out with questions, curiosities, or quiet experiences they’re not quite ready to share out loud, and I genuinely love that. I’m always the one saying, “It’s not crazy, tell me.” I love the magic of it. I’m like a big kid when it comes to that stuff.

Energy work sits at the centre of everything I do. Whether I’m working one-to-one, teaching, creating, planning an event, or just moving through daily life, I’m always working with intention and energy. It’s not separate from my work it is the foundation. I’m grounded in a practical way, but I’m very comfortable in the unseen. For me, the two belong together, and that’s simply how I live and work.

Training and Experience

My work is supported by formal training alongside lived experience, long-standing relationships with energy and plant medicine, and years of quiet practice.
These sit underneath everything I offer, informing how I work and how I hold space.
