If you’ve found your way here, it’s probably not a coincidence. Maybe the universe gave you a little nudge, or perhaps you were searching for a way to feel like yourself again. Either way, I’m so glad you’re here because this is your sign to pause, take a deep breath, and reconnect with the magic that’s been within you all along. This website is your space to explore and begin your journey back to balance.

This space is where I get to share the work that lights me up, energy healing, soul remembering, and all the bits in between. It’s part magic, part real-life, and fully grounded in the belief that we don’t need to fix ourselves… we just need to come home to who we really are.

Here’s a little glimpse into what I offer:

1:1 Sessions
Nestled in nature on a peaceful working farm on the South Coast, the Zen Den is a feminine sanctuary created to hold you softly. Here, the natural sounds of the land, birds, breeze, and the gentle hum of farm life weave into your session, helping your body settle and your nervous system begin to unwind before we even start.

• Energetic Alignment -Reiki-led, intuitive sessions to bring your body, mind, and spirit back into balance. In-person or virtual.

• Intuitive Healing - These sessions have evolved into a deeply nurturing fusion of intuitive massage and multidimensional energy healing,
  created to support women in reconnecting with their body, energy, and inner calm.

• Access Bars- is a deeply relaxing, energy-based modality that works with 32 points on the head, known as “Bars.”
  Each Bar corresponds to different aspects of life, such as emotions, beliefs, creativity, control, joy, money, communication, and ageing.

  Reiki Training & Certification
  These trainings offer a unique and sacred setting, whether you’re drawn to cozy, serene environments or vibrant, nature-inspired spaces. With intentionally small groups, you’ll receive personalized guidance and support as you learn to connect with and channel Reiki energy. Every training is crafted to be intimate, transformative, and deeply aligned with your journey.
  • Reiki Trainings & Certifications – Level I, II & Master trainings for those who feel the nudge to work with energy and share it with others.
  
  End-of-Life Doula & Energetic Support
  Heart-led guidance for life’s final threshold
  •  End-of-Life Doula and Energetic Support– gentle, intuitive care for those nearing life’s final threshold, and their loved ones walking beside them.
