Creative Release Reiki is a gently held morning of fun, messy, intuitive creation designed to support emotional release through paint, colour, movement, and expression. No rules. No pressure. No need to be “good at art”.

Guided by intuitive artist and Reiki practitioner Jess Crawford, and hosted in a warm, supportive space by Jane Weatherspoon, this experience invites you to soften what’s been sitting beneath the surface and reconnect through play, creativity, and presence.
